How to 'pump' Your Biceps Brachii
Strength training to increase in maximum force-produncing capacity of biceps brachii, brachialis, and brachioradialis , that is, an increase in muscle strength, primarily as the result of neural adaptations and an increase in muscle fiber size.

- Standing or sitting while holding a weight with the forearm pronated
- Extend the sholder as the elbow flexes with supination
- This combined motion elongates the biceps brachii over the shoulder as the muscle is shotening to move the elbow and thus most efficiently maintains optimal lenght for development of maximum tension in the biceps.
