Take silly pictures together making dumb faces!
Sit on the couch with your boyfriend. Make sure he's distracted by the TV or something.Cuddle up nice and snug and rest your head on his shoulder.After a few minutes, randomly start playing with his hand and start examining his nails obsessively, or kiss them while smiling all cutesy.
Wrap your arms around him, and smile widely.Sink your teeth firmly into his shoulder and act like a crazed Chihuahua wrestling a large chew toy. Make growling sounds.
Talk to him like he's your darling wittle sweetheart, and cover his face with smoochy kisses, especially on his cheeks.
Nibble on his eyebrows, using moist lips only. Some guys find this extremely ticklish, and will squirm!!

If you guys are on the floor, grab his leg(s) and attempt to drag him somewhere.
Braid his hair, or try grooming it like a monkey!
Feed him snacks by hand, or make him play catch!
Pull his socks and shoes off, then start examining his feet. Tickle them! Just don't keel over from the smell.
Act out a scene from a funny movie, without him expecting it.
Massage his feet and use a girly scented lotion.
Play with his leg hair if it's really long, and pretend to pull it out.
Stare at his peach fuzz/moustache and touch it with one finger, repeatedly, saying, "Something's growing on your face...etc."
Apply your makeup while sitting there, and then offer to draw little designs on his face with your eyeliner.
Throw your arms around him and smile your cutest smile, and in your cutest voice, tell him how much you adore him, while adding a silly nickname.
Pretend to pass out in his arms, and don't move until he gives you the kiss of life.
When he gives you the kiss, surprise-attack him with your tongue and say, 'MMMMMMM!!!!" Add a joke at the end, when he's breathless.
Wrestle him to the ground, copying one of those wrestlers on TV. (Do it playfully, not rough!)
Talk in an French accent.
Talk in any accent you want.
Tickle the back of his neck very lightly. It will drive them nuts. Try using a feather if you have one.
Nibble on his ears, it will make them crazy and want you more.
React to a completely mundane statement with exaggerated and silent awe.
When you and him are close together. And you are about to kiss, smile and tell him not to kiss you and watch him pull you closer.
Stare at him...just stare. Then when he finally says: "What?" stare more, inch closer, and say "PURPLE..." then give him a kiss. And start laughing. (Only works if you AND your boyfriend are weird)

This works with easygoing guys, the kind that don't mind whatever stuff you do to them.
If he or you gets bored, quickly switch actions to drive him or yourself even more nuts.
