How to Add Frame to Photos With Wondershare Photo Collage Software
Photo collage or digital scrapbook is the new way to store those special memories. Here’s a tutorial to help you apply frames and other interesting features to photos with Wondershare Photo Collage Studio.

- Download Wondershare Photo Collage Studio from official website.Install and start up Photo Collage Studio. The first view is the Panel Settings which is for setting the Orientation, Background and Size of the collage.
- Click ‘Browse’ in the navigation bar and select the folder that contains the target photos or pictures. You can preview a thumbnail of the pictures in the selected folder. Just drag and drop the thumbnail of your photo to the palette, or just double-click the thumbnail.
- Edit and optimize your photo if needed. There are the usual tools you would expect to find including: Rotate, Crop, Flip, Shadow, Gray and Negative.
- Add Photo frames. Hundreds of selectable photo frames can be applied according to different occasions. Get a theme from the pull-down frame type list, and select a desirable one.
- Add. By double clicking the frame, it will be applied to the target layer automatically. There are Art, Basic, Cartoon, Holiday, Flower and Classic for choosing. Here are some demos.
- Adjust. If it’s not necessary to apply frame to the whole photo, then, frame adjustment is needed. Use the adjustment tool on toolbar, apply frame to any part of the photo and make your favorite.
- Merge. Maybe someone would like to add frame to more than one photo, ok, follow me! It’s quite simple, just merge the layers. You have the ability to select to merge all layers, visible layers, or next layer.
- Enhance your collages. Make your collages larruping by adding clipart and wordart. Select your favorite cliparts to make collage much funnier. You can also add your own cliparts from local drive. Certainly, writing your words on photos is possible with the help of Text and Wordart by simply choosing the font, color, size, font style and font effect.
- Save. Yep, you’ve done a good job! Don’t forget to save your work in a appropriate image format - *jpg, *png, *bmp, *tiff or *gif. Moreover, you can set your artworks as wallpaper, send the picture via email or print it at virtually any size

- The panel can be re-set if it doesn’t meet your need.
- Press F9 to review.
- You can add mask effect as Step 5 by click the Mask in the navigation bar.
[edit] Warnings
- You cannot change the shadow setting of a locked layer;
- Deselecting Set shadow will remove shadow effect;
- Photo mask and photo frame can not be applied to text or wordart.
