How to Arrange Cushions
If you're tired of neighbours and friends telling you "Lovely couch, shame about the cushion arrangement", this is the page for you.
[edit] Steps
- Buy cushions that complement the colour(s) of your couch. This means for a yellow couch - don't buy jet black cushions.
- Match color and number. When you have got colours that go together, decide the amount of cushions you want on each couch. For a three seater couch, it is recommended to use four cushions (two on each end).
- Place the cushions, one sitting on top of the other, on each end of the couch.
[edit] Tips
- The bigger, more billowing cushions you have will ultimately affect the arrangement and design of your cushion and couch system.
- For chairs, you can choose whether to use four or two cushions.
- If you like, you can have two different complimenting colours of cushions at each end of the couch.
[edit] Warnings
- Avoid clashing colours that don't compliment each other.
- Don't put too many cushions on your seating, or you won't be able to sit down very easily.
