Know what goth is. Goth can be defined a group of people who have banded together with the same likes & dislikes in music, fashion, and general thinking. Thinking in which usually includes liking of more morbid dark parts of life and finding beauty within it. But remember, there is more to goth than what you can find on the internet. If your really into impressing her with how much you know, go back into history, goth is a lifestyle, and history, not fashion! Most goths become goths because they have been spurned by 'normal' society because the way they want to live their lives does not fit in with how most people are told to live theirs. Goths are free thinkers, people who do not accept the moral rules of society because they're told 'This is just how it is' or 'This is what God says!'. Rather goths tend to listen to what you have to say, and make up their own mind.
Make sure you have good hygiene. Nothing turns off any girl more than poor hygene, so make sure you use all the necessities. (Deodorant, Toothpaste, Shower, Brushed hair, Clean clothes etc)
Find out stuff that she is interested in. Ask her friends about stuff like music and activities she enjoys, look at artwork (stories, poems, drawings) she makes, talk to her about her interests, etc. And if you like one of the same things as her talk to her about it. What girls like in guys differs for every person, just because she happens to be goth doesn't necessarily mean she likes something different.
Show her you want to become closer to her. Start by becoming her friend. Take every chance you can to talk to her. Be open-minded, and if you want to emulate part of her style than go for it! But at the same time still dress how you like because nothing turns a goth girl off more than posers. Show interest in stuff she likes. Try flirting with her little bits at a time. Most of all, BE GENUINE. Do not change yourself or pretend to be something you're not in order to try to impress her.
Invite her to do stuff with you. Ask her to be your partner on school projects/activities. Ask her to hang out with you for lunch. Ask her to go places with you. Ask her to watch a movie with you and a few friends. (Or just you and her if you're brave enough.)
Just be a nice person overall. Be kind, caring and considerate. Girls like that sort of stuff.

Make sure you know what goth is beforehand and fully understanding that the goth girl is actually a normal person with feelings.
Treat her like you would any other girl, you'll find that she's probably not very different.
Never yell, scream or hit the girl.
Never be rude or unkind.
Don't change who you are just so you can get the girl, being who you are on the inside is way more attractive.
Try finding out what bands she listens to and seeing if you like their songs. Is she a die-hard Bauhaus fan? Is she passionate for Skinny Puppy? If you do like the music, it'll give you a great conversation starter.
