Don't be afraid to be edgy. try out bright long-sleeve shirts (pink, hot pink, yellow, blue light or dark or light green) under dark (black, dark red, gray, dark green tanks, or white even if its not dark)short-sleeves.
Try the faded or dark skinny jeans under a short bright skirt (preferably six inch inseam.)or no skirt at all.
Try wearing a black and ____ striped long-sleeve under a black tank. The ____ is there so that you know YOU should pick the other colour. Also if you wear a tank or short-sleeve or quarter-sleeve by its self try the original fish net of coarse (hot pink,neon green or the plain black)
Try a bright spaghetti-strap dress over dark skinny jeans with a black tie!
Any colour Converse would make these outfits.

studded belts (hot pink, or black) would be totally awesome with most of these outfits.
make-up! If you can wear makeup then try black liner and possibly hot pink(some days heavy some light), mascara both bottom and top lashes (hot pink or black) and of course LIP GLOSS!
nail polish! black on toes and hot pink on fingernails like a French manicure
EDGY is the word to keep in mind.
