How to Be a Good Gymnast by Stretching
Being a gymnast means you have to do a great deal of stretching and exercising.

- Stand up and put your hands up and stretch from side to side; hold each for ten seconds.
- Roll your neck five times each side.
- Bend down and cross your arms and hold it for 20 seconds.
- Sit down and spread your legs out and stretch from side to side but do not forget the middle.
- Last but not least fold your legs in like you're doing the butterfly and stretch so your head can touch your feet hold for ten seconds.
