How to Be a Good Gymnast by Stretching

Being a gymnast means you have to do a great deal of stretching and exercising.

[edit] Steps

  1. Stand up and put your hands up and stretch from side to side; hold each for ten seconds.
  2. Roll your neck five times each side.
  3. Bend down and cross your arms and hold it for 20 seconds.
  4. Sit down and spread your legs out and stretch from side to side but do not forget the middle.
  5. Last but not least fold your legs in like you're doing the butterfly and stretch so your head can touch your feet hold for ten seconds.


[edit] Tips

  • Do it every morning but do not do it at night.
  • Do it each 3 times.

  • Take care, you could pull a muscle.
