Have you ever wondered how you could be better at the runningback position

- First to be the best you can be you must be phisically fit. Which means no sitting on the couch all weak eating chips , and think you can take it to the house.
- You should set goals like run a mile everyday.
- Do agility drills such as run through tires fast without falling and running in between cones.
- You need to strength train to build your leg and thigh muscles.
- Watch plenty of game film. Work on you problems and study defenses

- Stay mentally strong
- Dont stop until they put you on your back. You have to have that drive or a second effort.
- Remember you dont have to be fast just build on your other abbilities such as if your slow work on your strength and be a powerruner or whatever works.
