Have you ever wondered how you could be better at the runningback position

[edit] Steps

  1. First to be the best you can be you must be phisically fit. Which means no sitting on the couch all weak eating chips , and think you can take it to the house.
  2. You should set goals like run a mile everyday.
  3. Do agility drills such as run through tires fast without falling and running in between cones.
  4. You need to strength train to build your leg and thigh muscles.
  5. Watch plenty of game film. Work on you problems and study defenses

[edit] Tips

  • Stay mentally strong
  • Dont stop until they put you on your back. You have to have that drive or a second effort.
  • Remember you dont have to be fast just build on your other abbilities such as if your slow work on your strength and be a powerruner or whatever works.

[edit] Warnings

  • Wear proper equipment. Runningback is a injury plagued position.
