How to Do a T Push
A T-Push is a one foot glide that is started off in a T-position. For some information on how to do one, please continue reading.
[edit] Steps
- Start with your feet in a t-position but put your most comfortable foot in the front. For example, if you are right handed, then put your right foot in front.
- Put your arms out to the side and keep your front leg bent and your back leg straight.
- Push off from your front foot and make sure that your front leg remains bent and your back leg remains straight.
- Keep your back up straight and continue gliding for as long as you can.
[edit] Tips
- Keep your back straight at all times.
- Don't stick your bottom out when doing the T-Push.
- Try not to make your back leg look like a chicken wing, first start with your back leg very low and then gradually bring it higher.
- Keep your arms out to the side and don't look down.
