- Find a clear space and push the cart very fast.
- Do this for a short distance.
- Pull hard on the handle.
- Perform Step 3 while placing your leg on the bottom frame.
- Slant your body half the way to the bottom.
- For landing back push your chest on the handle.

- Children above 30 kg are advised not to lean back so much.
- Ask your parent(s) first
- Make sure the aisle is clear
