A Trampoline is good excercise and can be a great deal of fun. There are certain moves that can be done, and many flips to learn.

[edit] Steps

  1. Start out with a couple of stretches like butterflies on the trampoline. Then stand up on the trampoline and get used to jumping, get some air-sense.
  2. Do the front flip as it is the easiest trick on the trampoline. You just put your arms up by your head then flip your arms back fast then tuck, sooner or later you will be able to slowly get better at them.
  3. Follow up with the back flip which is the most important move to know because it will lead to bigger tricks. Do the same thing for a front flip - get some air-sense.
  4. Flip your arms back behind you, bounce one time them flick your arms above your head then as fast as possible tuck into your stomach or chest.

[edit] Tips

  • Stay Safe.
  • Have fun!
  • An easier way to be able to do a front flip is doing a somersault, get a little bit of air, do a somersault again, and eventually you will just get higher and higher and you will be able to do a front flip successfully!

[edit] Warnings

  • Back and front rotation can be the cause of neck injury or back injury.
  • And breaking your neck can hurt!!
