Go to the left hand side and click sign up.
Fill in your contact info so they can ship your items to you. Believe me they will not call you, mail you or stalk you.
Once your account is registered click 'Available Offers'.
Pick a survey (or surveys) to do.
Fill out the surveys using real information.
Click 'Completed' after you are finished with each individual survey.
Wait. It takes time to get credited.
Know that once you have enough points request a prize.
