Cat hair got your tongue? Here's how to get that hair out of your mouth without choking.

- Swallow the cat hair half-way, so it is still in your throat.
- Move your tongue along where the hair is, to move it on the side of your mouth.
- Get the hair on the tip of your tongue.
- Pick it off with your hand.
