Have you ever had to get changed in a public place, Beach, pools, Car parks... Yes, it does make you uncomfortable and yes it can be tricky if you don't have very much confidence. Here are a few ways in which to help you other guys get changed quickly and confidently in public places.

Make sure there are no people with binoculars or cameras around.
If you are at the beach take your towel and instead of wrapping it around your waist, wrap it around your chest. This way you can take your wetsuit/pants/undies off more easily, just make sure not to lift your legs too high or you will be showing the people in front of you your privates!
Open your car door or have a friend hold up a towel for you so you can do it more quickly.
If no one can really see you or they are in the distance just take it all off quickly and put it back on just as quickly.
Get changed in your car if you have one.

If someone does see your privates, don't make a big deal about it. If they do mention it, apologize and say it was an accident.
Have confidence, everyone is the same.
Remember, once you have your pants or undies on there is no need for a towel, it will be much easier not to use it at this point,and quicker too.

Don't do any of this if elderly people are around or your friend's partner is watching.
Don't get changed if you have an erection. This can be quite embarrassing.
