If you have a bebo and tend to surf through "vanity pages" e.g pages where people ask/get asked for there pictures on the site, you'll know some pages have site models, inspirations, or just people who bring the profile views pouring in. If your this is a scene page, then these girls are scene queens. These steps are to become a minor scene queen, (famous on a particular website/blog)

You need a bebo with a reasonable amount of friends.
Think of a catchy name that's original and people will easily remember.
Take some pictures with good lighting, good poses, and make sure there all different. Try and vary your hairstyles and makeup, but make sure people will instantly recognise that's you.
It's optional, but you should obtain photoshop for brightness etc on your pictures.
Make sure the name you chose before is seen everywhere, people will start to consider you a well known person. e.g comments on bebo.
Find a well known "Vanity site" and leave a nice comment on a few pictures. Add your picture to the photostream while your there. People will like you more if your a nice person, they won't consider you internet royalty or anything less if you don't show your personality!
Slowly start to ask to have your pictures on some less popular pages. Asked spaced out. Don't ask everyday otherwise people will think your "vain".

Stock up on your accessories by taking a trip to claires. It's a small but useful shop at times. (note: invest in tiara, lots of clips and hair accessories, maybe a tie and lots of necklaces and beads)
Accept lots of friend requests - adds to the "well known" idea
Keep hairspray handy
Always reply to comments. You don't want to look too vain to actually reply to them!
