How to Get Fit As a Teen Without Boredom

Don't you ever think when you're on a d-i-e-t you feel so bored and you quit and you try a again once you gain more pounds; and the routine starts over and over again. You feel so determined the next time you try, but then you end up sinking. Well, this will show you how to have fun with the d-i-e-t and it won't seem like one anymore when you do it.

  1. Get determined. Most people that try to get fit are only moderately determined. They set their mind to do something and only end up quitting halfway through. Get determined to do what you want and to get fit. Set a goal for yourself
  2. Eat a lot of fruits and veggies, and drink a lot of water. Some only like potatoes and corn and they aren't the color green. Try broccoli and other green veggies.
  3. Go out to the mall with your friends, swim, or to the spa - you'll need new clothes soon anyway. Whatever you do not slump on the couch. Get outgoing, you'll be exercising and you'll never even know it, since it'll be fun.
  4. You know when you're at the mall and there's a food court, so all your friends want to chill and go eat. You're worried about over- eating, right? Go to fastfood nutrition and see what you're going to eat before you leave for the mall. Pick out your favorite restaurant, and there you go. Just pick something with low calories.

  • Drink 8 glasses of water everyday.
  • Get rid of the carbohydrates, well limit them please.
