Believe it or not, milk is a good way to get good looking skin.
Believe it or not, milk is a good way to get good looking skin.

Do you want good skin, but don't have all those special spa products? You could do it with milk! Here is a few ways to use it.

[edit]Steps

  1. Drink it! Milk has a lot of good stuff for your skin, plus it also helps your body, so then don't forget to drink it daily! If you do drink it daily, over time your skin will be better.

[edit]Bathing Method 1

  1. Close the bathtub's drain. It must be closed all the way, or else your little bath will sink.
  2. Get 5 bottles of milk. Pour them all into the bathtub. Get more bottles if you need to. It must at least go up to your chest with the amount of milk.
  3. Rest in the milk for 15-20 minutes. If you do this every day for a week, your skin will be better.

[edit]Bathing Method 2

  1. Fill your bathtub half way with really hot water.
  2. Pour three bottles of cold milk into your bathtub. It will cool down your really hot water.
  3. Soak for 15-20 minutes.

[edit]The Cotton Ball Method

  1. Dip a cotton ball in a dish of milk.
  2. Rub it around parts of your face in circular motions.

[edit]Facial Toning Method

  1. Apply milk to your face
  2. Leave on for at least 15 minutes
  3. Rinse well
  4. Apply a facial moisturizer

[edit]Tips

  • Buy shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash, etc. with milk ingredients.
  • It can be less expensive, (and just as effective), to use powdered milk in a bath of hot water.
