  1. See a neurologist. He will more than likely have an MRI done to see if there is anything in your brain that may be a cause of this. If he finds something that concerns him discuss this with him. Be sure to ask plenty of questions about options. If medication bothers you mention that too.
  2. If a neurologist is unable to find anything consider the possibility that it maybe something you want to talk to a psychologist about. Pay attention to when, where, and what makes you twitch. Be honest and open with anyone who you may seek professional counseling from. They are there to help and won't be able to help you unless you are honest.
  3. It also may be a lack of calcium. Eat a banana or some kind of fruit that contains calcium. It should help within a day or possibly even that day.
