How to Get Shampoo out of Your Eyes
Do you usually get shampoo in your eyes from shampooing too hard? Here is a way to get the shampoo out of your eyes.

- Immediately turn the tap to cold water. Hot water will only hurt your eyes more.
- Splash water into your eyes.
- Alternatively you could cup your eye with a hand, as if you were holding a small orange to your eye. Minimize the gap between your face and the bottom of your hand, and allow water to flow into the small cup between your face and the palm.
- Wipe shampoo off your forehead so that it doesn't continue to flow into your eyes. (Use your arm if your hands are covered in shampoo.)
- Repeat until shampoo is all gone.
