Want to start ballet or need to build up your feet muscles? Here's how.

- Do foot workouts daily. No matter where you are, you can do them while waiting or etc. You'll see a difference after two weeks of doing this. Stand on the balls of your feet and roll up and down working through the feet.
- Leg lifts help as well.
- After two weeks prior to work out, you can try only one leg at a time. Balancing your whole body. You'll make each foot stronger.
- You'll notice that you can support yourself easier now, which is a plus for people interested in ballet.

- After you have done 16 on both feet, try standing on one foot, and rolling up and down. Do 16 on each foot, RLRL.
