Talk to her. Some girls are really shy and don't make it obvious that they like you. So you try starting up a conversation with her about who she is and what she likes to do. She'll come out of her shell. Other girls are outgoing and would love to have the opportunity to talk to you. She may even talk to you first!
Get to know her. Don't follow her around an act like a stalker, but casually notice where she goes, what she likes to do, and who her friends are.
Become her friend. Becoming her friend will make her more comfortable around you. She will also grow to like you.

Girls are a little more aware of a guy liking her than guys are with girls.

Girls like it when guys can make them laugh. But not too much, she may become uncomfortable if you keep making jokes. Keep the dirty jokes for your guy friends.
