Have you ever wanted to get a good work out without spending money? Here are some steps.

- Find a spot.
- Get some drinking water.
- Stretch and warm up.
- Do as many pushups as you can and when you cant do another drop to your knees and continue. Then write the amount on a piece of paper.
- Do squats, lunge, side lunge, calf raises, then sit-ups, crunches, side crunch, bicycle crunches, full body crunches and pull-ups.
- Jog maybe 1/2 mile and cool down.

- Try to do one more push up every day, same with all the other moves.
- Eat lots of protein so that you can feed your muscles as they grow.
- If you wake up in the morning and feel sore then that means you had a good work out.
- Consult a trainer.

- Know about exercise and the body.
- be CARFUL not to strain yourself. it can be painful. make sure that you do 2 hours of warmng up!
