Brain Age is a learning game. You get stamps by playing different games and activities on it. Stamps make you do better things such as creating your new stamps, unlocking new games, or unlocking levels.

Play a game. There is Calculations X 20 and 100, and Reading Aloud to start. If you do well on Calculations X 20, you might get a stamp.
Do it again. You can make your stamp bigger and bigger by playing more games.
Unlock games. You can unlock games by getting more and more stamps.
Create your own stamp. Ask the regular stamp says OK with a circle around it, it might get boring. Change it by going to the Other Options menu.
Do Brain Age check daily. This will also raise your stamp amount.
Unlock levels. It is possible to unlock a level for Head Count, there will be people coming out of the chimney and more advanced stuff. There is now Medium and Hard.

You can save data for up to 4 people on one game, so invite friends and make it more of a challenge!
Try to get stamps everyday, these help to unlock new games and difficulty settings.
