How to Get the Least Severe Punishment in School

If you're in school, you are bound to get into a bit of trouble every now and then. This will help you get the least severe punishment possible!

[edit] Steps

  1. Be aware of what you did, if it is something very serious, there is virtually no chance of you getting out of it.
  2. Tell the truth. It is easiest to lie, but chances are, you will get much farther if you tell the truth.
  3. Try crying a little bit, if the occasion is appropriate, or write a long letter on how sorry you are, and how unfit you are for the more severe types of punishment.
  4. Try anything it takes to get the Dean, principal, teacher, etc. to feel sorry for you or make it seem as if it is not your fault. This will be very different for each person.
  5. Argue your punishment in a mature, responsible way. If you don't, you'll just get into more trouble.

[edit] Tips

  • Eye contact is a must
  • Stay respectful, it will get you far
  • Don't play the blame game
  • If you know it's coming beforehand, dress respectfully and do your hair nicely.

[edit] Warnings

  • Try not getting caught doing whatever it is you do next time!
