How to Give a Cheap 3 Step Gift to Your True Love
Here's a fantastically cute and thoughtful idea you might use on your anniversary with your boyfriend, girlfriend, husband, or wife.
[edit] Steps
- Place a trail of chocolate kisses from the doorway of your significant other's home to the bathroom door. Next to this, place a small card reading, "I want to kiss the ground you walk on."
- Get a bouquet of roses (red will do, but it's your preference) and pluck all of the petals off. Place the petals inside the shower so that they are spread along the floor of the bathtub. (Also, if feeling ambitious, fill the tub with water and then apply the rose petals.) Place on the side of the tub a card reading, "I want to shower you with rose petals."
- Discard the denuded stems.
- Surprise him or her with either a gift you have bought or a box filled with little trinkets correlating to the qualities he or she possesses (i.e. candy for sweetness, a match for passionate fire, etc.).
[edit] Tips
- Try playing some soothing, happy music or your loved one's favorite song. (*Omit if their favorite song is something heavy. Korn, NIN, and AC-DC might ruin the mood.)
- Make it your own. If you like Mozart, make it Classical, and crank it up. This is just a foundation for an idea. Have fun with it!
[edit] Warnings
- This idea is not for anyone who has been dating his or her significant other for less than a year, else it should seem...obsessive or overwhelming.
