  1. Press WindowsKey + R
  2. Type in the box 'eventvwr.msc'
  3. The program Event Viewer should come up (If you are in Vista allow it in UAC)
  4. There is a log of everything that has happened recently on your computer

  • Sometimes you do not need the '.msc' extention, however some versions of windows might require it.
