Get circle contacts. Circle contacts make your eyes look very big and doll-like. You can try any color you'd like, but very dark brown or even black can make your eyes look mysterious. You can get them on online or from Korean/Japanese stores.
Get into shape. You don't have to look like you have an eating disorder. You just have to look healthy. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, and drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Sounds cliche, but it will definitely help.

Wear the right makeup. You can look perfectly pretty without pouring all the cosmetics on your face, but if you want to look Asian doll-like, you'd probably need to enhance some of your features. Wear red or ruby matte lipstick. Line your eyes with black or brown kohl pencil or liquid eyeliner. Wear a lengthening mascara or you can even wear fake eyelashes. Wear eye makeup that will make your eyes look bigger. Asian dolls often have big,round eyes.
If you can splurge, splurge on the Japanese perm. Your hair will look stick-straight, like those of many Asian dolls. Loose, yet neat curls are okay, but wavy or permed hair must be straightened.
