Hello there teenager. Are you stuck in your pants size? Or maby your just squeezin in those shirts all of a sudden? This is for you. I'm a teenager who has experienced ups and downs with weight, but has found the perfect solution.

  1. A teenagers hormonal rate goes crazy without the proper vitamins. So take a multi-vitamin. If you're a female without the vitamin when shaving your legs one day later your hair grows back... because your hormones are wack. Guys if your skin breaks out or you feel week you need to take a multi-vitamin. It evens your energy out, makes your skin better, keeps everything in sync.
  2. Take a journal and write your goals down, and why you want to reach it and when.
  3. As a teenager your metabolism is very fast. In the morning is when you your body is hungry its been fasting for the night. Eat two eggs, with ham, and cheese. This eliminated the need for salt or pepper. Eat fruit not a lot but a little.
  4. If you have to get to school run to the car or in the car do crunches only your not on the ground. Drink water all day.
  5. Bring your own lunch. Slices of cheese fruit and some yogurt.
  6. When you get home eat only one egg this time and mix it with a LITTLE bit of milk it adds flavor and again eliminated the need for salt. Denny's is a restaurant that also mixed eggs with milk as well just a tip.
  7. At night do your exercise routine.
  8. Wait an hour then weigh your self. You will be amazed.

  • Weigh yourself at the beginning of the day
  • Eat less and chew slowly. It makes you feel fuller faster.
  • Water also clears your skin.
  • Eat 6 of those SMALL meals a day.
  • Do between 1 and 1.5 hours of a work out.

  • Talk to your doctor or friends first to see if you really need to lose weight.
  • DO NOT EVER EVER STARVE YOURSELF! It just means you are shamed, shame is not who you are.
