How to Make "Wild" Oatmeal
"Wild" oatmeal is actually normal oatmeal with some small additions. The term is derived from the ingredients, which come from the forest, hence, "Wild."
[edit] Steps
- Make oatmeal. Normally, you can buy small microwaveable packs in the supermarket. Try to buy a brown sugar pack, and add in the amount of milk specified. Microwave it like you normally would.
- Wash about two small strawberries (one big one) per bowl of oatmeal. Carefully slice them into small pieces on a cutting board.
- Wash a banana, and slice it into half. Cut it into bite-sized, small chunks. Half a banana is enough per bowl.
- Add in a handful of chopped walnuts, which can be purchased at any market in a small bag.
- Wash up blackberries and blueberries. Due to their small size, they should be ready to add into the bowl.
- Add in all the chopped up fruits and nuts into the oatmeal and stir. The oatmeal should be colorful with berries.
- Enjoy your breakfast!
