How to Make Almond Pancakes

This is a quick and easy healthy snack or breakfast that contains no wheat/gluten/sugar/enriched ingredients.

  • Almonds
  • Honey
  • Milk
  • Eggs
  • Sea Salt
  • Fruit(optional)

  1. First use the coffee grinder and ground all the almonds very fine and put in separate container.
  2. Place 1 3/4 cups ground almonds into a bowl
  3. Add honey and eggs and mix well.
  4. Add the milk and a sprinkle of sea salt.
  5. Heat your pan on high with oil then reduce to med heat.
  6. Cook until desired golden brown color.

  • You can add fruit such as bananas and apples to the mixture to add a different flavor.
  • For a organic experience Substitute for all organic ingredients, and use coconut oil.
  • You can also use this batter to coat bananas and apples and fry for a great party treat or healthy snack for lunches.
