How to Make Asian Salmon Noodles
Are you looking for a special meal? Maybe something new? Asian Salmon Noodles is a wonderful option to spice up your meal. Not to mention, they don't take too long to prepare and cook!

- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 lb fresh or frozen salmon fillets, skin removed
- 2 Tbsp fresh grated ginger
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced into 1/2 inch slices
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (more or less depending on how spicy you want it)
- 1 lb cooked fettuccine or linguine

- Heat oil on medium-high temperature heat in a large wok or skillet for 1 minute.
- Add salmon, ginger and garlic to the oil.
- Cook 2 minutes per side.
- Add 1/2 of the green onions to the wok or skillet.
- Reduce the heat to medium temperature and continue cooking 4 to 5 minutes longer.
- Combine all the remaining ingredients except for the pasta.
- Pour the sauce into salmon mixture, and continue to cook until the salmon flakes easily.
- Break salmon up into bite size pieces.
- Stir in the cooked pasta.
- Remove the wok or skillet from heat and serve immediately.

- This recipe is made to serve roughly 6 people. The recipe can easily be doubled for larger groups of people.
- You can also add whatever other ingredients you like for extra flavoring including sliced water chestnuts, mushrooms, snow peas, etc.
