How to Make Baked Ziti

So, you hate making spaghetti now? There are more than just straight lines of pasta, and some are very creative. But for right now, we're going to concentrate on baked ziti.

  1. Place pot of water on stove, and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add the pasta to salted boiling water.
  3. Strain the cooked pasta.
  4. Return the ziti to the pot, add the pasta sauce, and stir with a large spoon.
  5. Add the cheeses, and mix it all up.
  6. Serve.

  • Try not to overboil, or the pasta will be very weak, and will tear very easily.
  • You're not limited to spaghetti sauce, use whatever sauce you like.
  • Aim to get the pasta "Al Dente" perfected.

  • Always use safety measures around the kitchen stove.
