How to Make Beetroot Sauce / Chutney
Here's an alternative sandwich spread. Yum!

- Boil beetroots.
- Let them cool (you can get a burn if you handle hot beetroots).
- Peel them using a peeler.
- In a mixer, combine halves of the beetroots, spoonfuls of sugar and a dash of salt and pepper.
- Grind them in the mixer.

- Beetroot stains anything it touches. Be sure to peel it on a kitchen board, wearing gloves if you want stain-free hands. Wipe any juice up immediately before it soaks into anything.
