How to Make Biscuits Like Red Lobster

DO you really Enjoy those Bay Biscuits from Red Lobster, Then here's a pretty close recipe. Read all directions first (Ingredients, Steps, Tips, Warnings.)

  • Bisquick (about 2 Cups)
  • 2/3 cup milk (whole or 2%)
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar(or your favorite) cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon of butter (2 if you follow TIP # 2)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 Teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Parsley (Optional)
  • Non- stick Spray

  1. Take 2 cups of BisQuick and add it to a large mixing bowl. If you like extra fluffy biscuits, you can sift the BisQuick into the bowl, but add an extra teaspoon or two.
  2. Add the Milk and stir with large wooden spoon until mixed evenly. Stir quickly to avoid bubbles.
  3. Add the Cheese and mix into the mixture. Sprinkle cheese in for best results.
  4. Spray the baking sheet with the Non- stick Spray. Place tablespoon sized dollops onto the pan.
  5. Cook on 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Meanwhile melt the tablespoon of butter and combine with 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
  7. When done, use a pastry brush to coat biscuits with butter-garlic.
  8. Allow to cool and serve. ENJOY!!!!!!!

  • Use a toothpick to see if it is done. If it comes out with mix, it's not done.
  • This is something else you can try. Add one tablespoon of loose butter and mix. Then add one=quarter teaspoon of garlic powder. Once they are done baking, you will want to coat them with butter-garlic.
