How to Make Bruschetta

- Roma tomatoes
- Fresh basil
- Fresh oregano (optional)
- Fresh garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fruity olive oil
- Capers (optional)
- Artichoke hearts
- Italian bread

- Prepare tomatoes, basil, oregano, and garlic by cutting into tiny pieces.
- Combine all ingredients, including a dash of olive oil, into a bowl and mix with a spoon.
- Add salt at the last minute, since salt will tend to break the tomatoes up.
- Toast bread. Drizzle olive oil over the toast.
- Top toasted, oiled bread with your mixture.
- Serve on white plates to enhance the beautiful colors of bruschetta. Enjoy!
