If used correctly, ground buffalo or beef can make a delicious stir fry. If necessary, you can use less butter, or use a substitute.

[edit] Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground buffalo or beef
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Garlic cloves

[edit] Steps

  1. Put a frying pan or wok on medium heat and add the meat.
  2. Add 1/4 cup of soy sauce and 4 tablespoons of butter, crush garlic cloves and add them.
  3. Cook until browned.
  4. Serve with bread or rice.

[edit] Tips

  • If you are on a diet plan, you can use less butter, as it just adds to it.
  • Cook it for longer than you think you have to.
  • You can make your own variation. Try adding stir fry sauce or herbs.

[edit] Warnings

  • Make sure it is fully cooked, as uncooked meat can be harmful.
  • Be careful of hot oil.
