How to Make Caraway Water
Caraway water is a useful way to add a slight flavor of caraway to a dish without having to add the actual seeds. This water is easy to make and can be stored in the refrigerator for a long time, ready for use in many different ways.

- Pour the boiling water over the caraway seeds.
- Let the water and caraway seeds sit until the water becomes very cold.
- Strain the water. Discard the caraway seeds.
- Pour the caraway water into a small, clean bottle. Seal or tighten the lid.
- Keep in the refrigerator for use as needed. Caraway water goes well as an addition to sauces, soups, salad dressings and casseroles.
