How to Make Chicken Potato Chowder
This meal will make your toddler smile. A cheesy chowder mixed with potatoes and chicken, along with nutritious vegetables is an excellent meal that hits most of the necessary food groups.

- 1/3 cup of boneless breast or ground chicken (diced and cooked)
- 1/4 cup of potato (cubed and cooked)
- 3 tablespoons of shredded mild Cheddar or American cheese
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 2 teaspoons of butter
- Assorted vegetables, such as peas and carrots, or corn

- Get a small saucepan or shallow pot.
- Combine all ingredients except for the cheese in the saucepan.
- Place the heat on a low heat and simmer for 10 minutes or so.
- Sprinkle the cheese on the top and stir thoroughly.
- Serve warm or place in an airtight container and in the refrigerator for later use.

- When microwaving, be sure to stir the food every so often so that the heat gets distributed.
