How to Make Curry Carrot Soup
This recipie combines the sweetness of carrot soup with the zest of yellow curry. This good as an appetizer, or as a main course.

- 4 large carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup plain yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp sage
- 3 tsp yellow curry powder

- Boil the chopped carrots until tender.
- Drain carrots.
- Add yoghurt, spices, broth, and carrots together in a blender.
- Puree until smooth.
- Heat on medium on a saucepan, stirring continuously, until hot.
- Serve hot with a sprig of sage.
