Take some carrots and chop them very small. If made into like a paste, it will look a lot more realistic.
Use sausage from breakfast, another substance like apples or something that could be cut up and made chunky and gooey.
Cut off the fingers off rubber gloves fill them with oatmeal and smear with blood.
After putting that all together, add salsa, the chunkier, the better.
If you want to make it more runny, add some red colored water.
To finish the recipe, add fake blood.

If you add some water it will make it last a bit longer and look better. Also it can be spread all over and placed to your perfection.

If you put in the blood, it will stain most substances. Also it will dry out and look like a dry pile of mixed up stuff so make sure to add some liquids to it to keep it moist and looking good.
