How to Make Fried Grasshopper
Ever saw a grasshopper and were hungry at the same time? Kill two birds with one stone with this recipe!

- Catch some grasshoppers.
- Let them sit overnight to "empty" themselves. Alternatively, shake the jar to scare them.
- Boil them for five or ten minutes in water.
- Remove from water, pat dry.
- Remove wings and legs if they are very large.
- Dip in beaten eggs.
- Drop in a paper or plastic bag with seasoned white or yellow corn meal.
- Heat oil to about 350 degree F.
- Throw in your grasshoppers.
- Pull them out when golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.

- Ketchup, mustard, salad dressing, or even honey. You'll need it.
- No kidding about leaving them in a container over night!
