How to Make Goth Spikes
Goth spikes are the thing that makes a goth a goth. Every goth should have at least one set. You can make your own spikes quite inexpensively. Here's how:

- Find a piece of black leather-You can cut it from an old leather jacket or a wide black leather belt.
- Obtain several screws of the same size.
- Screw the screws into the back of the leather so that they protrude through the "good" side. You can make a pattern with the screws or just align them.
- Tie the ends together with thin strings of leather.
- Note:You can also use a small buckle from an old watch if you wish.
- Paint the screws in dark colors if desired.

- Use it just for decoration of yourself.
- It is better to use short screws. Longer screws catch on clothing and are uncomfortable when resting against a hard surface.

- Don't use too large of screws because if you fall or if you sleep with them you can impale yourself.
- Don't use in a fight because you can kill someone with them.
