How to Make Hard Chocolate for Ice Cream Topping

You know the old fashioned soft ice cream in a cone that gets dipped in chocolate and turns hard? Now you can make your own at home! It's really simple and delicious.

2 oz of chocolate, milk or dark.

  1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 20 second intervals until it is almost melted.
  2. Stir until smooth.
  3. Pour over the bowl of ice cream, and it will harden.
