So you want to make home made silly putty, eh? OK! This will teach you how!
[edit] Steps
- Fill one of the bowls with 4 spoonfuls of water.
- Fill the same bowl with 4 spoonfuls of glue.
- Mix really good! When done, it should look all white.
- After that, drop any kind of food coloring you like! But only one, as it will darken the mixture.
- Once you are done mixing, set aside and get the other bowl.
- In the second bowl, pour 2 spoonfuls of borax into the bowl.
- Then pour 16 spoonfuls of water into the bowl.
- Mix well. Once mixed, pour 2 spoonfuls of the borax mixture into the glue&water bowl.
- Mix well! After you mixed it, you have to mix it in your hands.
- (That will give it the shape.)
