How to Make Pickled Vegetables
This is great idea for somebody who loves sour vegetables ,or a easy low calorie snack.

- Shred the cabbage and the the cucumber into thin slices. Put them into a zip-top bag.
- Add salt and lemon juice (if desired). Shake the bag to coat all the vegetables with the mixture.
- Squeeze the bag to get the cucumbers juicy. Place the bag into the fridge. Chill for a least 10 hours before eating.
- Enjoy.
