My full name is Koral Cem Oztan Schemel (don't ask, just know that they are a first, a middle and two last names). I'm 21 years old and have been a student for as long as I can remember. I earned my BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in Turkey and am currently a graduate student at the University of Maryland College Park.
I'm into sports and physical fitness, big time. I enjoy watching team sports but am easily bored by sports where one team doesn't enter the opponents territory. (e.g. voleyball: boring; basketball, football: bring it on!). I try to stay physically fit but people that confuse "fitness" with "body building" get on my nerves (honestly they do, what can I say). So, no, I'm not big and bulky. In fact, I'm actually a pretty skinny guy of medium height and my mother never forgets to comment that I'm malnourished every time she sees me. In high school and in my first years of college, I ran for about two years and boxed for six months. But then my studies caught up with me and only recently am I trying to whip myself back into shape. Other stuff I enjoy are a good, long session of fantasy role playing (oh yeah, elves, dwarves, etc.), or a grueling game of chess. I'm also intrigued by, but am a rookie at, concepts like vision, perception, optical illusions and the visual arts. I took a shot at the icons here at wikiHow, and they can be seen here:
