[edit]Philosophy: Wireless Powerlines
"Is the notion of wireless powerlines even possible?"
- The very notion of "Wireless powerlines" seems to contradict itself. "Powerlines" are the cables which electricity flows through to reach homes, businesses and other buildings. "Wireless" means that there are no wires or cables involved; hence the idea of wireless powerlines is contradictory. Should a wireless form of electricity transmission be developed ("wireless powerlines" in a sense), we will need to come up with a better name than simply "wireless powerlines" to avoid making future generations confused and to avoid making them think that the people of the 21st century were dim-witted.
