Eric you "SHOULD" renominate this as you removed it for "no" reason??? I think your made a mistake as you said it "had been" nominated for some time which is not untrue!

You reverted it, and said "oops" about 2 edits later about 15 minutes ago... <== That was "<"font size=1>.

Well, thanks. I'll look for some images and work on some "fluff-talk" / "puff-talk" and see if wikiPedia or "google" has an "order of attention to go with a side of confusion..." That would be "food for thought"--lol!

The advise in the article is just common sense--not so common as some--as I took 5 psyche courses in college. Not exactly a Doctor in psychology, though.

How I wrote the article from scratch: When I was a high school senior, a college student (who attended the same church as I) told me about the "attitude stuff" of agreeing, smiling/shaking your head affirmatively which he said helped him to not have a negative block, to think and to learn and--guess what--it makes the instructor feel that you're really sharp. If you don't over do it.

I guess someone taught him all of that. So I adapted that to my use, and I adopted the idea of thinking about the psychology of things. In psyche we wrote a "research" paper: I wrote on "Creativity." I'm a retired high school teacher (math and English)--oh well. I'm not blind--or dumb, either...

Hi Eric, How do i make a simple spreadsheet on EXCEL .I want to put my various savings to date names of accounts; add to them each month when i update and see at a glance where I am. I don't follow the Excel example I have because I want to start with the accounts and amounts I've got: not start a new savings account/s. Hope this is clear. eg say I have three acounts each with 1,000 dollars in different banks how would I star a spreadsheet and then up- date each time I add or interest comes in etc. Harry

Why did the wikiHow Herald go back to its original format?

The title policy is pretty much up-to-date. Recently, the word "with" was added to the list of words that did not need capitalization - Lois is double checking this -

There is also reference in the title policy to an article that states to capitalize the first and last word of a title. But does that include the words "How to" - as these words are not included in the lists of titles on each category page.

So, I'm just waiting a while longer to hear from Lois...

Although "what" is not included in the list in the Title Policy.

"This Is What You Want" is from a google search. Google search may help to determine capitalization as well as spelling.

I'm leaving all messages on my talk page until things are more resolved.

I'm starting the titles:

I'm writing a note within the template about the change that is needed - such as "title|lower case with" or "title|spell seven" or "title|captalize As."

This allows me to copy and paste - and move along quickly.

You can always write if you need further clarification.

Instead, Lois suggested to copy and paste the title into the template - this is a better solution - so as not to confuse other editors with different messages within the template.

I have a little problem with titles; when I write a new article or suggest a new title for an article, the "how to" at the beginning of the title disappears. That doesn't happen at every article, just at some of them. Check my user page and look at the articles I've written to see what I'm talking about.

How can I bring back the "how to" in the title? I've decided to write to you because you're a docent for the Title subcategory.

I caught us up on the title change list last night. (whew! Lillian is really cranking them out!)

I also updated Change the Title of a wikiHow Article with screenshots of a newer, faster (quick and dirty) method and split the article with non-admin info going into a new article titled Request a Title Change for a Wikihow Article.

Could you take a peek at both of them and make any changes you deem necessary?

It's Thanksgiving... I'll be cleaning house for the expected afternoon guests the rest of today ... but I have a cool little article in mind "Make a Gingerbread House with Graham Crackers" and I'll be taking pictures for it this afternoon as we make them with some of my guests. Should be fun!

dude u can just go buy a disk repair kit that comes with a wax and sealer for 10 bucks, that saves all of the " i lost 20 , 30 , or 60 dollars bull shit. if u see and article and trust it to repir something thats worth 60 bucks ur a morin

I have been knitting for years and have made several illusion pieces. The instructions for this scarf are lacking and incomplete. You refer to rows a,b, c and d but nowhere on the chart do you show an a or b.

There is an article out there called "How to Look Good Naked". You must remove this immediately. It has explicit sex in it and it is showing up on iGoogle!
